Copyright Infringement
SpriteGG respects intellectual property rights and expects our users to do the same. We will respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
Filing a Takedown Request
To submit a DMCA notice, send a written communication to dmca@spritegg.com containing:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material and its URL on SpriteGG
- Your contact information (name, address, email, phone)
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized
- A statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
- Your physical or electronic signature
Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice with the same contact. We will restore the content within 10-14 business days unless the complainant files a court action.
Repeat Offender Policy
Users who receive three or more valid DMCA takedown notices will have their accounts permanently terminated and all content removed from the platform. Creators found to repeatedly upload infringing content will be permanently banned from the Creator Program.
