When refunds are granted

• The asset is materially different from its description or previews
• The asset contains technical errors that prevent use
• A duplicate purchase was made accidentally

When refunds are not granted

• You changed your mind after downloading
• You downloaded and used the asset in a project
• The asset was purchased more than 30 days ago

How to request a refund

Go to your library, find the purchase, and click "Request Refund". Our team reviews all requests within 2-3 business days.
