1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using SpriteGG ("Platform", "we", "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Marketplace Usage

SpriteGG is a marketplace for buying, selling, and discovering game assets including sprites, pixel art, and related resources. Users may browse as guests but must register and verify their email to purchase or download assets.

3. Asset Ownership & Intellectual Property

Creators retain full ownership of their uploaded assets. By uploading to SpriteGG, creators grant the platform a non-exclusive license to display, promote, and distribute their assets in accordance with the selected license type. Buyers receive usage rights as defined by the purchased license.

4. Licensing Rules

• Personal License: Assets may be used in personal, non-commercial projects only.
• Commercial License: Assets may be used in commercial projects up to specified revenue thresholds.
• Extended License: Unlimited commercial use, including resale as part of larger products.

5. User Responsibilities

Users agree to: (a) provide accurate registration information; (b) not upload infringing content; (c) not circumvent security measures; (d) not use automated tools to scrape or download assets; (e) report suspected copyright infringement via our DMCA process.

6. Refund Policy

All purchases are final. Refunds are issued only if: (a) the asset is materially different from its description; (b) the asset is proven to be infringing; (c) a technical error prevented access. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

7. Subscription Terms

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Downgrade or cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused subscription time.

8. Creator Responsibilities

Creators guarantee they hold all rights to uploaded content, that content does not infringe third-party rights, and that content is accurately described. Creators receive 75% of sale revenue (platform fee: 25%). Payouts are processed after a 14-day holding period.

9. Prohibited Content

The following content is prohibited: copyrighted material without proper authorization, adult content, assets from commercial game titles (e.g., official Tibia client assets), content containing malware.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or receive repeated DMCA notices.

11. Limitation of Liability

SpriteGG is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of São Paulo, Brazil.
